How It Works

Step 1: Accept and Sign
Once you’re happy with the quote and wish to go ahead, sign the necessary documents, application, agreement, and return to us. PSS will issue the contract with an invoice to you if our legal team approves the request.

Step 2: Completion and Sale
Your agent will sell your property after the makeover is finished. Potential buyers can’t wait to view this freshly presented home with everything taken care of – all they need to do is move in

Step 3: Settlement
You sell your property in a breeze. We take our payment either at settlement or release of deposit.
