The house is a Unit, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 parking space. The interior walls were painted in Camel colour which was made the space looked old, small and dark. The carpet in the living room and bedrooms was worn and dirty, the trees and hedges were lack of pruning, and the backyard was full of rotten leaves and overgrown weeds.
We carried out services, including new carpet installation, cosmetic painting, deep cleaning, staging, and gardening which only cost the owner $10K in total, before it was open for inspection. As a result, the property was sold within a week for a much better price. Comparing to the similar house in Forest Hill, it was sold 10% higher than the median price, in a significantly shortened time on the market.
